You are welcome to “Run for Girls” or be the “Men for Change”. In addition, young generations are encouraged to compete in the new “Student Group” 3km run. Let's get our Gen Z Power united and put an end to child marriage!

#Remark - Runners in the tertiary student group can also compete for the "Most Liked Award" by uploading on-site photos to Instagram, sharing their running experience, with their team's name and hashtag #R4G2024GENZPOWER included in the caption. The team with the highest number of likes on 19th April at 12:00nn will be awarded prizes as follows: L'Oreal Hong Kong Product Hamper, Ocean Park Day Adult Complimentary Ticket, Aquarius Beauty AVI Skin Product and Swisse Health Products (Valued over HK$3,000)

Corporate Run
  1. Corporate Cup Winner, 1st Runner Up, 2nd Runner Up will be awarded a trophy respectively.
  2. Corporate Top Fundraising Award Winner will be awarded a trophy.
  3. Corporate Most Participants Award Winner will be awarded a trophy.

Runner's Pack & Goodie Bag

Successful applicants (i.e. runners) will be rewarded ONE Runner's pack and ONE Goodie bag. Extra souvenirs will be rewarded to runners at the venue by using the Cosmart Membership Reward Program.

Course Map

Transportation

Runners are advised to check and plan their own route to the venue via Google Map / CityMapper in advance. In response to environmental protection, runners are encouraged to use public transportation on the event day.
MTR
Bus and Minibus
Science Park is minutes away from the University and Shatin MTR stations, which you can get to via the East Rail Line. From University station, take the 272K bus to get to the Science Park. From Shatin station, take the 27 minibus.
